On November 17, 2005, according to the "Notice of the 3rd Bar Association on Establishment of Specialized Committee and Business Committee" of Chongqing Bar Association. Yuan Xiaobin, Director of Chongqing Head Office was elected as Director of External Promotion and Communication Committee, Director Zhang Yong elected as Director of Civil Business Committee, Lawyer Song Tao elected as Deputy Director of Corporate Business Committee, Lawyer Qi Fei elected as Deputy Director of Planning and Principles Committee, and Lawyer Zhang Mingjie elected as Deputy Director of Foreign and WTO Business Committee.
